Puriri moth

This morning jaram brought in a puriri moth.

It had bright green all over its large wings and black stripes on its four wings.

It's tail was wade and fat.

It's  native to New Zealand that means it's only found in New Zealand.

Puriri moths live in the bush so they can camuflage into the trees.

When we went outside to let it go in its natural habitat kahanui and Mena took photos of
the puriri moth then jaram took it up to the bush and let it free

did you know

insects have been found in almost
all of the world's habitats.
no insects have been found in the oceans.                              Image result for insects                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Image result for insects                 Image result for insects

My wondering

What's the moon made out of.
answer  Like the Earth, the Moon has layers. The innermost layer is the lunar core. It only accounts for about 20% of the diameter of the Moon. Scientists think that the lunar core is made of metallic iron, with small amounts of sulfur and nickel. Astronomers know that the core of the Moon is probably at least partly molten.

Did you know

Spiders, scorpions, millipedes, and centipedes all have an
Exoskeleton, like insects. But they have more than six legs and do not have three body sections. They are not insects.

Onomatoeia

I woke up to the sound of my clock RING-RING.

I got SPLASHED when I was walking to school.

The sheep went BAA.

The pig went OINK.

The glass bowl CRASHED onto the floor
And went everywhere.
